Delete Your Orevalis Account

This page explains how to delete your Orevalis account and what happens to your data. Orevalis is published by AEUREON LLC. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion from the web using the email path below.
Delete inside the app (fastest)
1. Open Orevalis and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete My Account.
3. Confirm. Deletion runs immediately through a secure server-side function.
Request deletion from the web
If you can't access the app, email support@orevalis.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the account's email address, then process it. Requests are typically completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Your Supabase authentication account (email and credentials).
Your cloud financial backup — Spaces, balances, transactions, transaction metadata, bills and payment history, goals, forecast/planning data, custom merchants, custom transaction and bill categories, recent selections, and display currency.
Your profile data (display name, avatar, and related profile records).
Your private cloud receipt files and the receipt-backup metadata that links them to your account.
Eligible user-created images stored in the private user-assets bucket (for example, custom merchant, transaction, or bill images).
Other backend records linked to your authenticated account.
That account's namespaced local financial data and local user-owned files on the device where you run the deletion.
What is not deleted by this process
Your RevenueCat purchase and subscription history is not deleted or anonymized by our account-deletion process. It remains with RevenueCat, Apple, and Google under their own retention rules, the same as any other purchase record with those platforms.
About local data and other devices
Deleting your account removes that account's local financial data and user-owned files from the device where you perform the deletion. Cloud account data is deleted centrally. If you use Orevalis on additional devices and want to remove any local copies stored on those devices, erase the local app data or uninstall Orevalis from those devices as well.
Logging out is not account deletion
Signing out of Orevalis does not delete your account, your cloud financial backup, or any other cloud data — it just ends your current session. Use the steps above when you want to permanently remove your account and data.
What may be retained
Data may persist for a limited period in encrypted technical backups before being purged, and we may retain specific records where the law requires it (for example, records related to fraud prevention or legal obligations).
Support correspondence is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are NOT canceled by deleting your account
Deleting your Orevalis account does not cancel an active subscription — billing is handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Orevalis → Cancel.
Google: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Orevalis → Cancel.
Cancel before deleting your account to avoid further charges. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.
